City Council Approves Sale and Development Agreement of Parcel E in Symphony Park

The Las Vegas City Council approved a Disposition and Development Agreement with Red Ridge Development LLC for the sale and development of Parcel E in Symphony Park for the construction of 240 unit for-sale luxury condo building, a 700 space parking structure, 150 units of Class A multifamily housing, a minimum of 20,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, 30,000 square feet of grocery space, and a minimum of 40,000 square feet of office space.
